A fragmented sludge drying line gains a unified enclosure, a coordinated color system and clearer integration of the conveyor, controls and brand identity.
The sludge drying line combined a main drying unit, conveyor, control cabinet and protective structures. These functional elements worked as separate visual modules, with abrupt transitions between the main body and its supporting equipment.
Exposed pipes and frames, a prominent red enclosure and inconsistent signage created a fragmented appearance. The project focused on giving the existing line a coherent product identity while retaining its recognizable functional arrangement.
The redesign connects the main body, conveyor and control areas through more consistent volumes and panel relationships. Refined corner transitions and clearer divisions give the line a continuous visual structure.
Black and gray surfaces are combined with light silver-gray panels and green accent lines. Dedicated brand display areas replace scattered graphics, giving the Caiyun Machinery equipment a more consistent identity.
The touchscreen interface and status lighting are integrated into the exterior composition. Their placement helps distinguish the operating area and machine status from the larger equipment enclosure.
The project changes how the drying line reads as a whole: individual functional assemblies become a coordinated equipment product, with a clearer hierarchy between the main body, controls and conveying system.
