CASE STUDY
A vacuum flask welding machine gains clearer operating and maintenance zones through an integrated enclosure, concealed routing and a coordinated control area.
The vacuum flask welding machine had scattered brackets and conveyor supports, limited differentiation between operating and maintenance areas, and a visually heavy enclosure.
The project focused on visual order, functional clarity, refined detailing and practicality. Control, working and service areas needed a clearer relationship within the overall equipment form.

Hoses and brackets are incorporated into the mains's enclosure through concealed routing and coordinated support structures. Cleaner connections between the conveyor and machine body reduce visual fragmentation.
The control interface is organized as a defined area of the equipment. A transparent cover keeps the working zone visible, while modular panels and maintenance-door details identify access points.
Light and dark industrial colors distinguish functional areas. Angled transitions, rounded edges and a recessed control structure add depth without relying on decorative complexity.
The redesigned equipment combines black, white, gray and green accents with a more integrated enclosure and defined branding. Operation, observation and maintenance are expressed through a consistent product form.
