Improve the appearance of equipment whose form and sheet-metal structure are already settled. EQPID develops the visible color, material and finish scheme while retaining the existing outline, panel divisions and construction.
CMF is more than choosing colors. We connect brand identity, operating conditions and available production processes, then document the scheme so suppliers can reproduce it consistently.

Study models, photos and samples alongside the operating environment, current materials, coating capabilities and colors that must be retained.
Define primary, secondary, accent and safety colors, with clear areas and proportions that preserve the visibility of safety information.
Select visible material effects around cost, wear, corrosion, cleaning and practical production constraints.
Identify suitable powder coating, paint, brushing, polishing or anodizing processes and define gloss and texture.
Align the existing logo, model name, nameplates and safety markings with the overall color scheme.
Prepare views showing alternative color and finish combinations so the team can select a direction before production.

A focused CMF upgrade improves the equipment’s presentation without reopening its exterior or sheet-metal design. It suits established products when larger structural changes are impractical.
Clear production specifications reduce interpretation by suppliers and help keep models and batches visually consistent.

This service does not change equipment form, proportion, panel divisions, door arrangements or sheet-metal structure. Exterior redesign, a complete PI system, corporate visual identity and structural engineering are outside this scope. Screen colors are for comparison; production colors must follow approved physical panels or samples.
