3D Equipment Rendering

Create consistent, professional product visuals from existing equipment and 3D data.

01

Overview

Create clear, professional images of equipment that has already been designed or manufactured. Using the client’s usable 3D model, photos and material references, EQPID sets up materials, colors, lighting, camera views and backgrounds.

Rendering improves presentation without changing the equipment design. It helps overcome the space, lighting and access limitations of photographing large equipment, while keeping website, brochure, exhibition and tender images consistent.

02

Is This Service Right for You?

  1. The design is complete but no physical machine is available for photography.
  2. Equipment has already been delivered and cannot be photographed again.
  3. Factory space, lighting or background conditions make photography difficult.
  4. Multiple models need a consistent image style.
  5. White-background, transparent-background, close-up or specified-angle images are required.

03

What We Do

  1. Review the Source Data

Check the 3D model, photos, color references and intended uses. Agree views, backgrounds, image dimensions and output requirements.

  2. Prepare the Model

Organize, hide, group and make necessary surface repairs to the supplied data so it is suitable for rendering.

  3. Set Materials and Colors

Use photos, color references and process information to represent metal, coatings, glass, plastics, rubber and other visible materials.

  4. Choose the Camera Views

Show the overall proportions, main functions and key details, or match the angles required by a website layout or product series.

  5. Build the Lighting and Background

Set up white, transparent, studio or simple scene presentations that clearly communicate form and material.

  6. Render Overall and Detail Views

Produce primary views, supporting angles and close-ups, with door-open or internal-module views where agreed.

  7. Prepare the Final Outputs

Deliver high-resolution images and web-optimized versions for the agreed website, brochure, display or tender applications.

04

What You Receive

  1. The contract-defined number of high-resolution equipment renderings.
  2. Primary views, additional angles and key detail images.
  3. Agreed white-background, transparent-background or simple scene versions.
  4. PNG or JPG files for websites and digital materials.
  5. High-resolution files for brochures, exhibition displays and print.
  6. Consistent views, lighting and backgrounds across the agreed product series.
  7. Files organized to the agreed dimensions, aspect ratios and naming convention.

Client Value

Large equipment can be difficult to move and photograph. Rendering makes it possible to show the product clearly without relying on factory lighting, space or background conditions.

A consistent visual standard helps products made at different times and locations work together across marketing and sales materials.

06

Scope & Boundaries

This service improves images of an existing design; it does not change equipment form, structure or function. The client should supply a usable 3D model and color and material information. Missing models or substantial reconstruction require a separate modeling assessment. Source models, rendering scenes, animation and compositing are not included by default.

FAQs

Do you change the equipment design?

No. We prepare and render the existing design. Exterior or structural changes need a separately defined design scope.

Can we start with photographs only?

Photos are useful references, but rendering requires usable 3D data. If no model exists, we first assess the additional modeling work.

Can the images have a transparent background?

Yes, where included in the agreed output list. We confirm backgrounds, angles, dimensions and file formats before work begins.

Are source scenes or animations included?

Not by default. Source models, rendering scenes, animation and compositing must be specifically agreed.
